As part of our Culinary Masters program, presented with Montblanc and Gaggenau, guests had the opportunity to indulge in an extraordinary dining experience at one of the country’s most elegant and sought-after tables. With splendid vistas of Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge serving as a breathtaking backdrop to the art-filled space Robb Report, guests were treated to an extraordinary private dining affair.
A curated three-course menu, complemented by champagne, esteemed Penfolds wines, and whiskies from Lark Distillery, transformed the evening into an unparalleled gastronomic journey. Notably, the rare opportunity to engage with esteemed chef Matt Moran provided an exclusive glimpse into the world of award-winning fine dining at Aria Sydney.
The evening unfolded with a thoughtfully crafted menu featuring tempting choices, such as Rangers Valley rump tartare and Abrolhos island scallops, paired with exceptional wines like Penfolds Bin 51 Eden Valley Riesling and Yattarna Chardonnay 21. For the main course, guests could savour options such as grass-fed beef fillet accompanied by Jerusalem artichoke, or blue-eyed cod with poblano and macadamia, coupled with creamed royal potato and glazed browned butter.
Finally, a delightful dessert of chocolate and honeycomb harmoniously concluded the evening, perfectly complemented by two remarkable Lark Single Malt Whiskies from their rare cask collection.
