The Italian shipyard has delivered the 164-foot Bel1, following the superyacht’s initial launch in March and the subsequent completion of sea trials.
Taking design cues from rugged SUVs, the newcomer is sleek, sporty, and capable of performing on the high seas. Penned in partnership with Italian studio Fulvio De Simoni Yacht Design, the all-aluminum exterior showcases an imposing displacement hull, a streamlined, integrated superstructure, and a distinctive vertical bow.
“We are extremely satisfied and proud of this project,” studio founder Fulvio De Simoni said in a statement. “Its originality and architectural complexity posed significant challenges, but it also allowed us to express our creativity by inventing new forms without compromising functionality or the enjoyment of life on board.”
Bel1 offers “an exceptionally large amount of both interior and exterior space,” according to Rossinavi COO Federico Rossi. The generous interior, executed by Enrico Gobbi’s Team For Design, blends warmth, modernity, and luxury. Rich American walnut and Thai wood juxtapose soft Nappa leather, while a dark palette of greys, blacks, and browns contrasts the bright blue sea. Bespoke furniture, curated art, and Murano glass sculptures are thoughtfully incorporated throughout.
A dramatic aluminium staircase in the lobby is the artistic focal point and allows guests to navigate all decks. Two large hull openings invite light into the salon and owner’s area, creating a bright and spacious feel on the main deck. The owner’s suite also features a private terrace, naturally. The remaining four guest cabins can be found on the lower deck.
Heading outside, the sprawling sundeck is outfitted with a sunbathing spot, a bar, a BBQ area, a retractable TV, and a mini pool. The upper deck is geared toward alfresco dining, with the aft covered by a nifty veranda that protects against the elements. Similarly, the main deck cockpit is nicely sheltered so seafarers can enjoy the lounge and dining area in all seasons. Further aft lies an enclosed beach club with fold-out terraces and a custom stern hatch that allows guests to access the water toys.
Regarding power, BelI is equipped with two Cat C32 engines that enable a cruising speed of 14 knots, a top speed of 18 knots, and a range of 4,000 miles at 10 knots. The yacht is also equipped with four stabilisers, ensuring comfortable navigation in all sea conditions.
