A hundred years ago, the House of Suntory created the first Japanese whisky. Since then, its continued to set the standards and reimagine the parameters of exemplary Japanese whisky, with each drop steeped in timeless traditions and pioneering spirit.
To commemorate a century of liquid excellence, the House of Suntory has put together a singular gustatory experience. From August to October, the revered whisky house is collaborating with fine dining purveyors across Sydney and Melbourne, to take diners on a unique sensory journey.
Each restaurant has crafted an exclusive menu paired to the House of Suntory’s key whisky offerings, with culinary experiences featuring the 18-year-old Yamazaki Mizunara 100th Anniversary and 18-year-old Hakushu Peated Malt 100th Anniversary. While these limited edition drams remain consistent across the five partner restaurants, specific food pairings and supplementary beverages will differ from venue to venue, adding a hyperlocal flavour to each location’s offering.
