Culinary Masters Dinner With Aria’s Matt Moran
Join us for a night of peerless fine dining, with one of the country’s most celebrated chefs.
Matt Moran has never wavered from the belief and central culinary tenets that have long framed his award-winning fine dining restaurant, Aria.
Where others wandered away from heightened service, Moran has stood firm – Aria a maintained byword for the ultimate in culinary expression, as it has been for the past 24 years.
This year has proven one of Moran and his Aria team’s finest – well received menus, awards, international acclaim, a bustling main room and residencies from some of the world’s finest chefs, notably Gordon Ramsay and Daniel Humm (Eleven Madison Park).

We felt it time to open the next suite of our desirable Culinary Masters dinner series with Moran – inviting you to experience the wonder of the man himself first hand, dining on an exclusively presented three-course menu with aligned wines and whiskies and sweeping views across the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

This is a unique and rare opportunity to experience the country’s foremost fine dining restaurant and directly engage with one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs.
Seats to the Culinary Masters At Aria dinner are strictly limited and this will sell out.
Culinary Masters At Aria, from 6.30pm, September 7th. From $285 per person; eventbrite.com
