Inside Pasquale Bruni’s ‘Secret Garden’
An intimate look at the revered Italian jeweller’s new collection.
For over 50 years, Italian jeweller Pasquale Bruni has expressed a refined take on jewellery through the label’s mixture of femininity, grace, passion and nature. Now, the house which remained a family affair as Eugenia Bruni takes the reins — continues its legacy through a heady 2022 slate of releases.
Within the new years offering includes, Lunatica; a collection that takes inspiration from the moon, Petit Joli; special edition pieces that brings intensely coloured crystals to the fore, Bouquet Lunaire; an extension of Petit Joli found now with moonstone and onyx, Ton Joli; a limited capsule at 20 pieces worldwide, Luna in Fiore; an 80’s inspired collection that is a tribute to women’s freedom and independence and Luce which also takes its inspiration from the cycles of the moon.
And while the new suite of jewellery is expansive, the most iconic of the collection is Giardini Segreti, which translates to Secret Garden.
Pasquale Bruni’s most widely renowned collection has this year been expanded with the addition of new pieces in which the leaf and flower symbols have come to embody the brand identity.
Sinuous leaves create sensual floral patterns that spring to life once worn. These pieces echo the natural flow of Bruni’s jewellery with new additions of an ear cuff that wraps the ear with a rose gold moon and a flower and petal embellished with white and champagne diamonds.
Further additions include a ring, designed to be worn on the little finger and a contrarie earring.
Within the collection Pasquale Bruni introduces black diamonds set in rose gold in the collection, contrasting them against the pure white diamonds shining through — creating a yin and yang effect.
