Calling all Louis Vuitton superfans who are also audiophiles: the French house has hit the audio market, with these Horizon Earphones (around $1400), a collaboration with Master & Dynamic (they’re based on the New York-based audio brand’s MW07 wireless earbuds).
They come in black, white and red with the famous LV monogram, or in blue and yellow with the brand’s signature stripes. When it comes to technical specs, 10mm beryllium drivers and support for AptX for detailed sound mean that they sound as good as they look.
On the practical front, compatibility with both Apple and Android devices will widen their appeal, while the charging case – the elegant concave lines of which mirror the shape of Louis Vuitton’s Tambour Horizon watch – provides the buds with a total of 10 hours of battery life, making these ideal for the stylish jet-setter too.
The aforementioned timepiece, released in 2017, is a smart watch: can we expect one of the most famous luxury houses in the world ramp up its tech output even more in the future?
