You can now buy a solid-gold toothbrush for $24,000

Add some class (and a little glamour) to your bathroom accessories.

What do you get for the man who has everything? A solid-gold toothbrush, of course.

Made of ceramic or carbon fibre and finished with either solid gold or silver – these sleek designs add a touch of class to what is otherwise a very mundane daily necessity.

The toothbrushes were created by innovative design company Apriori, who took their inspiration from high-end jewellery and Italian automobile designs. Each creation takes several weeks to create by hand and boasts a range of add-ons including two spare heads; a beautifully crafted toothbrush holder; and an attractive travel case.

No doubt the standout of the collection is the aptly named ‘extraordinary’ sold-gold toothbrush, which weighs a handsome 119 grams.
According to the owner of Apriori, Kiril Guriev, the company made the decision to create the opulent version of the everyday item after asking: “When you’re used to having the best of everything, why settle for less?”

“You’ll smile brighter when you use one of our luxurious toothbrushes – they simply look and feel fantastic,” Guriev said. “They’re the perfect fit for the modern, urbane gent. After all, if you’ve got impeccable taste, why not apply it to every aspect of your life?” Why not indeed?

Apriori’s toothbrushes range in price from £790 – £13,000/AU$1,454- AU$24,000. For more information visit apriori.global.
