A new way to own a slice of the British West Indies
Snow-white beaches and viridescent hills comprise the dual-island nation of St Kitts and Nevis. Fifteen new tropical villas (part of Four Seasons Resort Estates Nevis, West Indies) are spread across the secluded islands. Dubbed the Villas at Pinney’s Beach, the three- and four-bedroom dwellings overlook the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones II golf course and the Nevis Peak volcano.
Ranging from 255 to 309 square metres, the villas feature Carrara marble countertops, mahogany doors, master bedrooms with private solariums, and private pools. Each four-bedroom villa comes with a guest cottage located by the pool. Seven villas have already come been completed, ranging from $US3.8 million ($A4.93 million) to $US5 million ($A6.5 million), and all 15 will be move-in ready by 2019.
