In a debut move for an Australian luxury retailer, Harrolds has launched virtual styling appointments across its boutiques.
It allows access to the brand’s expert stylists – with private consultations held via a live video call in which a client is led through the latest collections and seasonal trends with all questions able to be answered on the spot.
Bookings are made via the Harrolds concierge page and are then confirmed by text message.
The service – which boasts FOC shipping on all purchases – complements the already elevated Harrolds concierge experience that covers made-to-measure, bridal and personal styling.
Harrolds boutiques in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane are currently open only to private in-store appointments.
