Feeling some post-World Gin Day blues? This pairing masterclass will cure them

For those who couldn’t get enough gin on World Gin Day fear not - Stillery Bar & Dining at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay have you covered.

The venue will continue the gin loving with the team from Four Pillars Gin with a four-course dinner showcasing gin elements on June 20.

Guests will feast on a four-course menu of botanical-inspired dishes by Stillery Bar and Dining Executive Chef, Alex Vilches, carefully paired with four cocktails using Four Pillars' most popular gins.

The evening will be hosted by Four Pillar's Co-Founder Stuart Gregor who will share some gin-soaked stories and tell the tales of the Yarra Valley Gin brand.

The event will cost $110 per person and include four courses paired with four cocktail.
