Meghan Markle was dripping in Cartier at her wedding to Prince Harry

It was dubbed the wedding of the century - TV actress Meghan Markle was formally welcomed into 'The Firm' over the weekend after tying the knot with former serial playboy Prince Harry.

For the event Meghan went all out choosing a simple albiet elegant design by Givenchy by Clare Waight Keller for her dress, while keeping her jewellery classic and wearing all Cartier.

CEREMONY EARRINGS

For the more formal ceremony, Meghan wore the Galanterie de Cartier earrings from the designer's latest collection, which according to the website, is an emblem of seduction and displays harmonious, interlacing curves in a play of light and shadow.

The earrings come in 18K white gold, and each have been set with a brilliant-cut diamond available in 0.18 to 0.22 carats and 0.40 to 0.44 carats, and paved with brilliant-cut diamonds.

BRACELET

The former actress adorned herself in dimonds wearing the Reflection de Cartier bracelet on her right hand. The bracelet comes in 18K white gold, and is set with 104 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling 4.50 carats, and with 52 baguette-cut diamonds totalling 5.61 carats. It retails for AU$227,000.

RECEPTION EARRINGS

Meghan decided to mix things up at bit at the reception forgoing the studs she wore at the ceremony and opting for a showstopping pair of Cartier's dangling Reflection de Cartier earrings.

The earrings come in 18K white gold, and each have been set with 19 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling 0.81 carats, and with 10 baguette-cut diamonds totalling 1.08 carats. They retail for AU$100,000

CROWN

Meghan wore Queen Mary's filigree crown, made in 1932, for the wedding. The centre brooch, however, dates back even further to 1893. The tiara was lent to Meghan by the Queen. The diamond bandeau tiara is made from diamonds and platinum and sat atop Meghan's loose-fitting chignon.
