Following a successful real estate debut in Dubai, Lamborghini continues its foray into branded residences. Marking the Italian marque’s first European real estate venture, Lamborghini has partnered with luxury development company Dar Global to create Tierra Viva. Located in the village of Benahavis on the Andalusian hills in Spain—a mere 10-minute drive from Marbella—the project comprises 53 individual villas strategically positioned to capture panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Inspired by sportscar designs, there are three distinct villa categories. Each unit has direct car access (naturally), a swimming pool, multiple terraces, and a large garden. The automotive inspiration takes on a subtle approach (read: it’s not like living in an oversized Huracán), with interiors featuring nuanced motifs and sophisticated finishes that nod to the marque’s iconic designs.
This is a strategic collaboration driven by shared values of excellence, quality, and innovation,” shared Stephan Winkelmann, chairman and CEO of Lamborghini. “Dar Global’s experience in creating luxury properties in combination with Lamborghini’s design philosophy has led to this stunning achievement.”
The villa styles comprise Esmeralda, four-bedroom residences; Zafiro, with five bedrooms; and Diamanta, the six-bedroom offering. Each of the residences has lavish, light-filled interiors replete with glossy marble flooring, clean lines, contemporary architectural details, sculptural statement lighting, and an abundance of glass details.
The Tierra Viva development is slated for completion in 2027.
