Kindly providing loyal clients with a UAE pile worthy of their Chirons and Veyrons, Bugatti has entered the real estate game.
The French marque joins the likes of Aston Martin—which has luxury apartment complexes in Miami and co-designed a mansion in Tokyo—as well as Porsche and Bentley—both the German and British marques have established luxury apartment towers in the Floridian capital—in the trend towards automotive manufacturers and fashion houses alike expanding into branded residences.
Conceived in collaboration with Emirati developer Binghatti, the sinuous skyscraper is located in the prime area of the Business Bay in Dubai. Titled Bugatti Residences by Binghatti, the 42-storey residential tower is designed to act as an oasis in the bustling city. Characterised by a sculptural façade, the interiors seek to bring the “breeze and feel of the French Riviera” into the heart of Dubai.
Bugatti Residences sees Binghatti—with the developer also partnering with Jacob & Co. on branded residences in Dubai—translate the French marque’s signature design codes through the language of architecture. Promising unbridled opulence, a gold-toned foyer sees the wavy lines of the external structure continue inside. Apartments will have access to private balconies which boast expansive views of the Burj Khalifa, while the building itself will be topped with a pool.
Comprising Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion Penthouses, each with bespoke layouts, the residences promise peerless luxury when it comes to amenities. Among them, a Riviera-inspired beach, private pool, jacuzzi spa, fitness club, chef’s table, private valet, private members club, and two garage-to-penthouse car lifts (a sensible way to shave time off your commute!). Naturally, residents will have access to a chauffeur and concierge.
While Bugatti is yet to announce launch dates or pricing, we can imagine the latter will be what you’d expect from a marque with an entry-level price tag of $2.9 million.
