Wrensilva’s Elevated Audio

The Loft is an all-in-one with serious style.

By Terry Christodoulou 18/11/2020

Old meets new with Californian audio specialists Wrensilva’s latest, The Loft, adding an analogue element to the modern-day all-in-one audio system.

Offering three modes of listening – bluetooth, Sonos and vinyl – the stylish cabinet combines everything you need for streaming audio with a Pro-ject belt-driven turntable, aluminium tonearm and motor complemented by a Wrensilva split plinth construction for your collection of records.

Sound quality is paramount to The Loft, with interior technology from Danish masters Bang & Olufsen, Wrensilva solid-state pre-amp and two-way bass reflex speakers with premium drivers all ensuring world-class audio.

Elsewhere,  bluetooth capabilities and Sonos streaming are supported – through WiFi for higher fidelity – as is further streaming through additional Sonos speakers.

The Loft comes into its own with its compact (82cm W x 84cm Hx 50cm D) and clever design offering vibration isolation between speakers and turntable deck and vinyl record storage on a lower metal shelf and top pocket for up to 60 vinyl albums. The solid Northern American walnut hardwood legs are met with solid aluminium knobs while an ebonised oak grille completes the design.

The Loft is priced at approx. $6870.
