Sennheiser Unveils 75th Anniversary Headphones

A limited-edition pair of HD 800 S is set for release later this month.

To celebrate 75 years of sound, Sennheiser has unveiled a pair of limited-edition HD 800 S headphones to mark the occasion.

The premium headphones have held onto its signature design and are yet elevated with a matte-gold finish added to the German-made, glass-fibre plastic construction. Each set arrives with a pair of vegan velour earpads, stainless steel mesh grid grille and a laser engraved serial number on the headband.

The technical prowess of the headphones remains, with Sennheiser’s ‘Ring Radiator’, open-back construction, patented transducer and absorber technology – eliminating any unwanted peaks in frequency – a fresh reminder of why the 800 S set the standard for natural, detailed sound delivery upon its 2016 release.

We’d recommend getting in quick, as the headphones are limited 750 units and are set for release within the month. $2599.95.
