Construction is currently underway for the Marina Village, which will include a café, retail shops, and a three-story Customs House with a crew lounge, fitness centre, and marina services station.
The picturesque property also includes partial and whole-ownership residences for those who want to call the Caribbean home. Approximately 30 three- to four-bedroom units have been completed, with additional residences planned. Island Gardens Deep Harbour
Miami is poised to assume its new role as a superyacht capital with the advent of Island Gardens Deep Harbour, the only marina in North America created specifically for yachts up to 167 metres. Capable of accommodating up to 50 superyachts at a time, the massive marina offers in-slip fuelling, immigration services, and water taxi transportation services.

Opened in 2014, Limassol Marina is the first superyacht marina in Cyprus. Equipped with 650 berths for yachts of up to 110 metres, the marina includes round-the-clock staff, berthing assistance, crew facilities, and a fuel station. A quaint, seaside village features high-end stores such as Ralph Lauren and Graff, upscale restaurants and bars, and a fitness centre and spa.
The residential community includes 211 apartments and 74 villas. The marina recently launched its final phase of real estate development, a collection of 61 two- to four-bedroom villas with private adjacent berths on a private island surrounded by the Mediterranean.
