Italian superyacht Infinity Pacific set for luxury Sydney charters

Picture this: You’re reclining in a Japanese-style soaker tub on the upper deck of a luxurious superyacht, with an icy mojito in hand as you take in an unfettered view of the orange sun languidly dipping below the horizon. It sounds like the ultimate end to a majestic day of cruising.

It’s the kind of personalised luxury to be expected on board Infinity Pacific, an Italian-built alloy superyacht that will soon be available to charter from Sydney. Equipped with a professional crew of eight, it will be primed to create memorable cruising experiences.

The interior of the three-level, 131-foot yacht is designed by Parisian interior architect Fréderic Méchiche and Luca Dini and features custom-made furniture and a modern ambience. A mix of informal and formal spaces over its three levels includes two outdoor dining areas and an outdoor bar.

Infinity Pacific Lifestyle

Expect the menu to be as memorable as the views with Noosa Beach House executive chef Peter Kuruvita curating the culinary offering on board. There will be a focus on seafood with signature dishes such as Sri Lankan snapper curry (below) or seared yellow fin tuna with ruby grapefruit, sweet pork and crackling.

Another unique offering for a superyacht of this size is the sleeping quarters. Infinity Pacific has a spacious master suite and two VIP double cabins spanning the boat’s full width. There are also two extra twin cabins providing plenty of room for a family or a gaggle of good friends.

Infinity Pacific has been acquired by the Karedis and Laundy families, the owners and operators of the Pacific Hotel Group. From mid-November it will be docked at The Foreshore, Sydney’s Superyacht Marina at Rozelle.
